‘Body, Soul, Brunch’ is the answer to all of your wellness wishes - the perfect start to your most energised, balanced and brightest weekend ever!
Led by Vinyasa yoga instructor and health food blogger Suzie from Life In Full Colour, you’ll be put through your paces with a super sweaty but awesomely good fun high intensity circuit session, followed by a playful and flowing yoga class which will end with a delicious, mellow guided meditation. We’ll then all sit down for a luxury nutritious vegan brunch, including lots of fresh green juices, avocado on gluten-free toast and a selection of sugar-free superfood treats: enjoyed together around the gorgeous Wellness Rooms dining table with plenty of time to unwind and share delicious recipes, wellness tips and lots of laughs over unlimited cups of homemade herbal tea.
Body, Soul, Brunch is a warm and friendly brunch club open to everyone - all levels of fitness and yoga experience welcome. All that’s required is a willingness to meet new friends and a big healthy appetite!
