Marion Colledge

Marion is a Massage Therapist with over 10 years experience as well as a Western Medical Herbalist and a practitioner of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD, Vodder technique). She has a BSc (Hons) from the University of Westminster in Western Herbal Medicine and is a member of NIMH (National Institute of Medical Herbalism). Other qualifications include Level 3 ITEC Diplomas in Holistic Massage, Remedial, Pregnancy and Indian Head Massage with a long-standing interest in natural health even before she decided to make it her profession. Marion’s treatment approach is holistic, meaning she takes into account all aspects of a person's health and wellbeing rather than treating a set of symptoms. 

 

Steven Sheppard

Steve is an experienced soft-tissue therapist from the London School of Sports Massage with a BTEC Level 5 in Sports & Remedial Massage. He uses a variety of techniques tailored to the client's requirements. These include deep-tissue massage as well as neuromuscular, positional release and muscle energy techniques. These may be used to treat specific injuries or more generally to ease any built-up tension. Steve can often advise on stretches and exercise to help ensure continued improvements in the client's health
 

Josey Crane

Josey qualified in sports massage in 2007 and set off down a new career path, one she has never looked back on. Since qualifying, she has learnt Abdominal Sacral Massage and Myofascial Release. Both revolutionised her approach to treating. Josey has worked at sporting events including triathlons, the BUSA London University Rugby 7s, Royal Parks’ Half Marathon and the Microsoft Corporate Challenge. She has lots of experience treating musculoskeletal conditions both in the post-acute phase and chronic long term stages, as well as addressing postural problems. Josey has a keen passion for sport and was a competitive swimmer for many years. 
 

KRYSIA Woroniecka

Krysia holds a BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage from the North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM). She is fascinated by how our bodies respond to every day activities such as sitting at a desk or cycling to work. She uses Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Energy Technique, positional release, neuromuscular and myofascial release techniques to address the causes of pain or restrictions. She has worked with a wide variety of clients from different occupations and sports and has worked at the last two London Marathons, She is also a keen hill walker and rock climber.

Elisabeth Carlsson

Elisabeth qualified as a Nutritional Therapist from College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, a three year course that includes 200 hours of clinical practice, the highest amount to any accredited diploma.  She is also a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).  She is particularly interested in women’s and children’s health mainly inspired by her own journey and her two children. She can support you with hormonal issues such as PMS and Menopausal symptoms, pre-conceptual, pregnancy and post-pregnancy health and help you increase your energy and your metabolism. Elisabeth is down to earth and passionate about showing you simple ways of eating for robust health, function and longevity.

ALEXANDRA TAYLOR

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist & Presence Intelligence Counsellor

Alexandra has trained with the UK College of Hypnosis completing her Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy Diploma. She has also acquired her counselling certificate under the teachings of Katie Abbott, founder of The Pause Place Institute. She is driven by a passion and understanding of the deep rooted connection between the mind, body and soul. Always varied and engaging, her classes have an intent focus on letting go of unwanted thoughts and behaviours which do not enhance our general well being. Her work is a complimentary blend of therapeutic techniques based upon mindfulness, relaxation, breath-work and progressive muscle relaxation. You will leave her sessions feeling balanced, connected and refreshed for the week ahead.
