Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health. A few simple changes to your diet could help a wide range of conditions such as digestive issues, sleep, weight management, fatigue and low energy.
A qualified Nutritionist will always monitor for signs of serious pathology and refer to a medical professional accordingly.
WHY consider nutritionAL THERAPY?
Nutritional therapy is based on a Functional Medicine framework, which addresses the underlying causes of disease by treating the whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms. The framework uses a personalised approach that empowers patients to take an active role in their own health, and offers a powerful clinical model for assessment, treatment and prevention of chronic disease.
