For parents or carers with children aged from 1.5 - 4 years old. A great way to have fun with your little one! We focus on the children with the encouragement of parents, guiding their child to learn and grow. We include breathing games, yoga postures, singing, stories, yoga games and music. Helping to develop your child's self-expression and creativity.

YOGA CLUB

The general learning aims through yoga are to help children to recognise and practice the feeling of calmness and peacefulness and increase their body awareness, while supporting their natural physical development. Emotionally, yoga helps children to be balanced, accepting and resilient and at the same time it encourages playfulness through physicality.

Age groups:

4-7yrs:
This age group will learn basic Yoga poses with an emphasis on playfulness and joy of movement. They will improve their balance and coordination and they will learn about the benefits of being able to relax and stay still.

8-12yrs:
This older age-group starts to look a little more like an adult class; learning basic Yoga poses with an emphasis on playfulness and joy of movement. They will improve their balance and coordination and they will learn about the benefits of being able to relax and stay still... and there will also be opportunity to think about how they can use their yoga practice in their daily lives.
