RYT Vinyasa Flow Instructor | Hatha Yoga Instructor
Fern first discovered yoga in 2007, when she moved to London, and was immediately hooked. Using it as a way to stretch out her muscles and counteract miles of daily cycling, she slowly began to – as many of those who initially come to yoga for the physical benefits do – find a deeper appreciation of the practice beyond the asanas, leaving each class with a calmer mind and a stronger sense of self. A 200 RYT, Fern practises Vinyasa Flow and Hatha (but loves exploring all styles, including Yin, Restorative, Ashtanga and Rocket). Her style is dynamic yet mindful, with a focus on alignment and adapting each posture to the individual, encouraging a meditative practice that leaves you feeling calm and balanced.
RYT Vinyasa Flow Yoga Instructor
Hayley, founder of Fearless Fox Yoga, has been in love with yoga for as long as she can remember and adores teaching. A 200 RYT, Hayley trained in India in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow and has traveled the world with her mat practicing many styles of yoga. Inspiration from wise teachers and fellow yogis influenced her style, combining a spirit of playfulness and creative sequences and themes in her classes. Energising flows create heat and detoxify the body, making it light and strong. The slower-paced static movements focus the mind on the breath to move deeper into your own individual practice and increase flexibility. Hayley thoughtfully creates balance between the body and mind bringing you into a calm state of stillness. You will leave her classes feeling refreshed and totally relaxed.
CYQ Yoga Instructor
Jade began her journey as a yoga instructor over seven years ago alongside her role as a trained Cabin Crew Member. As a CYQ accredited Level 3 yoga teacher Jade has travelled the world developing her skills as an instructor, combining spirituality and asana strength to her teaching to help calm minds and strengthen bodies.
In her power condition class, Jade starts her classes with a relaxation sequence keeping the mind still, taking away the constant thoughts in our busy day to day lives. Gradually the session goes into asana which befits and immobilises each joint of the body. This is steady and safe preparation to increase strength and focus. Finally the session ends with a relaxation sequence which gives the muscles time to repair and restore.
