Nomaste Yoga Brunch ~ The Chocolate Edition!
London celebrates everything chocolaty from the 10th - 16th of October, also known as Chocolate Week!
So come and get your weekend Yoga fix and also celebrate the humble Cacao bean with us; a wonderful superfood with anti-oxidant properties. It's tasty too...
FIRST, THE YOGA
Led by Vinyasa yoga teacher and health food blogger Suzie from Life In Full Colour (www.lifeinfullcolour.co.uk), you’ll be guided through a mindful flowing Vinyasa Yoga class, aimed to make you feel bright and energised whilst gently detoxing, strengthening and toning the body. The class will wind down with a relaxing guided meditation, to allow you to melt into a stress-free, zen state of mind and help you finish off your weekend feeling a little brighter.
THEN, THE FOOD
Everything served up is be refined sugar free, vegan and bursting with goodness! Brunch will be enjoyed together at The Honor Oak Wellness Rooms, with plenty of time to chat and share delicious recipes, wellness tips and lots of laughs. If the weather is lovely then we will be out on the sunny roof terrace!
+ Lots of fresh herbal teas
+ Raw sugar-free bliss balls to take home with you
There will also be the chance to have some white henna art on your hands or feet if you feel like it, but this is totally optional.
NOMASTE Yoga Brunch is a warm and friendly brunch club open to everyone of all levels of fitness and yoga experience. All that’s required is a willingness to meet new friends and a BIG healthy appetite :)
