NOMASTE YOGA BRUNCH is the answer to all of your wellness wishes - the perfect start to your most energised, balanced and brightest weekend ever!

Led by Vinyasa yoga teacher and health food blogger Suzie from Life In Full Colour (, you’ll be guided through a mindful flowing Vinyasa Yoga class, aimed to make you feel bright and energised whilst gently detoxing, strengthening and toning the body. The class will wind down with a relaxing guided meditation, to allow you to melt into a stress-free, zen state of mind and help you finish off your weekend feeling a little brighter.

We’ll then all sit down for a nutritious vegan summer inspired brunch, including lots of fresh green juices and either chunky hummus with cucumber ribbons and a spiced strawberry chutney on spelt toast or a blueberry smoothie bowl bursting with superfoods and topped with granola, seeds, berries, sliced fruit and cacao nibs. 


There will also be a be a selection of sugar-free superfood treats to either enjoy as a desert or take home with you. Everything served up will be gluten-free, refined sugar free, vegan and bursting with goodness! Brunch will be enjoyed together at The Honor Oak Wellness Rooms, with plenty of time to chat and share delicious recipes, wellness tips and lots of laughs over unlimited cups of homemade herbal tea!

Everyone will also take home a gift bag full of wellness enhancing treats.

NOMASTE Yoga Brunch is a warm and friendly brunch club open to everyone of all levels of fitness and yoga experience. All that’s required is a willingness to meet new friends and a BIG healthy appetite :)
