Step away from your desk, and liberate your body and mind with this 2-hour workshop designed to strengthen and create space in those areas that get super-tight from desk-based life. The class will start with simple grounding and mindfulness practices, breath-work, before warming up the body and moving into strengthening and space-creating flows (wrists, lower back, chest etc), peppered with some playful balance postures (because office life can make us so serious, so let's have some fun) and working towards a lovely extended relaxation. You'll leave the workshop feeling more open in both body and mind and equipped with the tools to help you de-stress and unwind in daily life.

Beginners are most definitely welcome - this is yoga for all.
