Spend most of your time on two wheels? Then this is the workshop for you. A two hour workshop beginning with breath work (pranayama) to boost both physical and mental endurance. We'll strengthen and stretch the cycling body from head to toe: strengthening and stabilising the core, lower back, hips, glutes and hamstrings, as well as mobilising the areas that get tight from riding, like the upper back, shoulders, calves and ankles. You'll come away feeling stronger, longer and ready to take on the Tour De France. (Well, maybe.)
Beginners are most definitely welcome - this is yoga for all.
