‘Feel it in your bones' is a yoga workshop with a focus on feeling yoga physically and internally and making every movement purposeful and deliberate. Using particular balancing postures and arm balances to help students support some of the major joints and to support and feel it in our bones.  

A strong practice with some balancing poses, hip openers and deep stretching. Including pranayama ( breath work) and meditation.

Suitable for students who have a regular yoga practice.
