Introduction to Yoga Workshop with Korina

We will learn step-by-step some of the basic yoga poses with a focus on safe alignment and physical awareness. Including simple breathing techniques and guided meditation, you’ll be provided with all the tools you need to feel confident to join group classes and start your journey with Yoga.

Yoga has numerous benefits some of which are: building up strength and flexibility, improving posture and alleviating fatigue, quieting the mind in the busy lives we’re living nowadays and developing our ability to manage stress.

Open to absolute beginners, but also to those who would like to re-visit the foundations of their practice.
