In this workshop we will build the foundations to arriving at Pincha Mayurasana steadily and safely.
With a strong vinyasa sequence and meditation to warm the body and prepare the mind. We will work closely with opening the shoulders, strengthen the core and break down the fundamentals of this challenging asana step by step, with props and cues, one on one corrections and assistance to give you the confidence to fly.
Regular practice is suggested but not required.
