CLAIRE FRANCIS

Claire is a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist. She has a BTEC Level 5 Professional Sports Massage and Remedial Therapy Diploma from the North London School of Sports Massage.  She has provided treatment to a range of clients from various sporting backgrounds, including athletics, football, kickboxing, hockey, triathlon and power-lifting. She uses a variety of soft tissue techniques, including myofascial release, to aid rehabilitation following injury or to help the individual move and feel able to take part in their day-to-day activities and sports, whatever level of participation. She provides advice on how to maintain range of motion, strengthen weak muscles, and stretch problem areas.


Marion Colledge

Marion is a Massage Therapist with over 10 years experience as well as a Western Medical Herbalist and a practitioner of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD, Vodder technique). She has a BSc (Hons) from the University of Westminster in Western Herbal Medicine and is a member of NIMH (National Institute of Medical Herbalism). Other qualifications include Level 3 ITEC Diplomas in Holistic Massage, Remedial, Pregnancy and Indian Head Massage with a long-standing interest in natural health even before she decided to make it her profession. Marion’s treatment approach is holistic, meaning she takes into account all aspects of a person's health and wellbeing rather than treating a set of symptoms. 


Steven Sheppard

Steve is an experienced soft-tissue therapist from the London School of Sports Massage with a BTEC Level 5 in Sports & Remedial Massage. He uses a variety of techniques tailored to the client's requirements. These include deep-tissue massage as well as neuromuscular, positional release and muscle energy techniques. These may be used to treat specific injuries or more generally to ease any built-up tension. Steve can often advise on stretches and exercise to help ensure continued improvements in the client's health


VIVIEN ANSTISS

Vivien is currently studying Osteopathy at the British School of Osteopathy and holds a BTEC level 5 qualification in sports and remedial massage. She is a member of the ISRM (Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage). Before her career change she was a project management consultant in the City of London for 11 years; she now likes to apply her problem solving skills to bodies which gives her a much greater sense of job satisfaction. She works with a broad spectrum of folk to help them with minor injuries and body maintenance, through to those suffering from the day to day aches and pains (sore backs, shoulders, hips etc). Vivien believes soft tissue therapy is a great way of restoring balance to the musculoskeletal system
and is beneficial for people of all ages. She looks forward to working with you soon!
