with Seema Chopra (BA Hons, MSc, Level 4 )

@active_shakti

Seema Chopra offers personalised strength and conditioning support that works with your body — not against it. Her approach integrates progressive strength work with rehabilitation strategies and mobility coaching, all tailored to your cycle, energy levels, and recovery needs.

This training supports long-term performance without burnout, and is especially suited to those managing fatigue, stress, peri/menopause, or injury recovery.

Alongside targeted strength training, Seema may incorporate:

  • Assisted stretching and fascia-aware mobility

  • Breath-led recovery and grounding techniques

  • Restorative movement to support nervous system regulation

She also creates a calm, sensory-informed space for neurodivergent clients, using resistance bands, grounding tools, and adaptive coaching to meet diverse needs with care.

Support is available for:

  • Rehabilitation (in collaboration with the Chiropractic team)

  • Peri/menopause-specific strength training

  • Fatigue, burnout, and energy-based training adaptations

Each session is a personalised, embodied experience designed to help you move forward with strength, confidence, and ease.

New clients: Please book an introductory session to explore your goals and experience a taster session.

Availability: Wednesdays, 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
