Simon is a dedicated and extremely talented chiropractor who strives to get the best out of his patients. He is passionate about how the body performs in both health and disease and uses his knowledge, expertise and passion to help his patients become pain free. Although his main aim is to help patients achieve pain relief, he also looks to address the underlying dysfunction at the root of his patients’ symptoms, seeking to provide a long term solution to their conditions. This includes empowering his patients to make lifestyle changes towards better health.

Simon graduated from The Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a Masters degree and has helped many of his patients regain mobility and come out of chronic pain. He utilises a range of manual techniques that best suit the patient and is constantly expanding his knowledge to provide the best quality care. The techniques he uses are:

Emma is a dedicated chiropractor from South Africa with a Master of Chiropractic degree from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic. She treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and is passionate about helping her patients improve their movement, function, and overall quality of life.

Emma has a particular interest in managing hypermobility but focuses broadly on functional and postural rehabilitation. Her approach looks beyond short-term pain relief, aiming to address the underlying causes of dysfunction and support long-term recovery and resilience.

Her treatments are tailored to each individual and may include:
