Meditation

‘Meditation: Ocean Breath/ Ujjayi Breath’ invites you to step into the moment with mindfulness and clarity. Through guided meditation, you'll learn to quiet the mind, deepen self-awareness, and foster a sense of calm, balance, and connection to the present. Perfect for all levels, this practice helps you embrace the here and now.

Spinal Release

with Gillian

Spinal release combines breathwork and gentle postures to relieve tension in the back, shoulders, and neck while restoring balance to the nervous system. This deeply calming practice supports natural healing and is especially beneficial for those with chronic stress, tension, or insomnia.

Yoga for Men

with Gillian

Gillian’s course is designed to challenge the idea that yoga is “just for women.” This class creates a supportive, welcoming space for men to explore yoga without pressure or self-consciousness. Whether you’re completely new or already practising, Gillian will guide you through accessible sequences – including Sun Salutations – that build strength, balance, and flexibility while calming the mind.

How our pricing works

  • Courses with 60min sessions are priced at £96 for 6 weeks/ 90 mins £108

  • Some courses allow for drop-ins, priced at £18 for 60mins classes / £20 for 90mins

  • Workshops are priced at £50

  • Sound baths are £25 per session

Drop-in sessions:

  • We understand that attending the full course may not always be possible. Drop-in options might be available, depending on availability. Please check each course below for details. If a course is fully booked, feel free to ‘register your interest’ for future dates by clicking the button. Or add your name to the waitlist on Bookwhen and we will let you know if a place becomes available.

  • Pro-Rata Charges:
    Please note that pro-rata charges are not available for those joining partway through the course. Please select drop-in options if available.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

LATECOMERS:
We have a strict latecomers policy. Latecomers will not be admitted any later than 5 minutes after the commencement of the session. Past this point, it will be disruptive for you to enter the room, and since you will not have warmed up properly, heading into class this late may also be damaging for your body. We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes early so the class and your day can run on time.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Course cancellations within 72 hours of the course starting will not be refunded.

  • Course cancellations outside of 72 hours of the course starting will be refunded upon request, otherwise the passes can be transferred to another course (or a later cohort of the cancelled course).

  • There is no refund offered for missed sessions within the course.

  • If we are required to cancel a class due to teacher illness, we will offer a make-up session the week following the last session of the course.

  • Early bird discounts are valid until 4 weeks before the start date. Full prices will be applied within 4 weeks of the start date.

  • The teacher may choose to cancel a course if a low number of people sign-up. Please book in as early as you can to stop this from happening. In this incidence, your pass will automatically be returned to your Mindbody account. You can request a refund if you want one, otherwise, the passes can be transferred to another course (or a later cohort of the cancelled course).

EXPIRATION:
Class packages expire 3 months after purchase.

PREGNANT STUDENTS
Unless you already have a regular and consistent practice with one of our teachers and have been cleared by your doctor to keep practicing we recommend not attending classes until 12 weeks for Pregnancy-specific classes and 14 weeks for a general-level Yoga or Pilates class. This is due to the higher risk of miscarriage in the first Trimester. Please know that the teacher is within their rights to refuse you entry to class on grounds of safety.
