By popular demand, we’re excited to launch Yoga for Men – a course designed to challenge the idea that yoga is “just for women.”

This class creates a supportive, welcoming space for men to explore yoga without pressure or self-consciousness. Whether you’re completely new or already practising, Gillian will guide you through accessible sequences – including Sun Salutations – that build strength, balance, and flexibility while calming the mind.

Pricing

These sessions are each 90mins in length and the course is usually priced at £115 for 6 weeks.

You can grab an early bird discount of £15 if you book 4 weeks ahead of the course start date.
